I am getting a Analyst designation at delloite for a 1.7 years experience of it experience.
Should I try to get the consultant designation as the salary range will also open a bit as they r giving me 9.5. Should I just wait a few more months to get 2 years experience and apply the consultant position.

How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

Is it a true Director role with direct reports / leading a division or one in name only?
A true F50 Director role isn’t easy to get.
Director role is enticing but I’d probably take the PE role. Can always go to corp strat from there, the other way around would be more difficult
Director at a F50 after a pre-mba stint in Consulting is a pretty wild offer. LMM PE will likely be a rough lifestyle and won’t offer a strong brand name that you can fall back on if you decide that grinding for 10 years to become an MD is what you want to do. I’d say take the director role (and I’m currently in PE...)
3 yrs out of undergrad and a director at F50 is dope. That would set a new base for your other job searches. Sr dir..VP..etc
Damn that's surprising.. at Google only partners come in as Directors. If you get a team and decent scope I'd say go for the director role.
Trade offs I see:
Pros of Director role:
More responsibility
More similar work to what I’ve done at Bain, less feeling like a fish out of water
Better WLB
Higher immediate salary
More job security
Pros of PE:
Back-end $$$$ if I’m / fund is successful
More direct path to promotion (no MBA required - pro for me)
Smaller team - freedom to take step-up opportunities without going up the chain of command
Yes - sorry I should’ve been more explicit, need an MBA to move beyond Director
