Got 24 hours to respond. I am a finance analyst but offered a job in the team and wondering how hard do they go in on sales? They said no financial targets until year 2 but I’m sceptical.

I’ve never done sales before either and the job involves prospect and account mapping.
I was offered the job due to my transferable skills.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? It's about the time where everyone on my team requests feedback from each other and I'm nervous for it coming up. I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Someone I know just finished an executive education program at Wharton that cost $70k… no letters after his name now, just a certificate. These programs seem like the height of grifting to me. or is even a certificate from a top-tier business school really worth that much?
