How do you all think about allocating space to different work experiences in resume. 2 years at MBB post mba and 5 years in finance and tech prior to mba. I currently have 60-70% work experience section devoted to my work post MBA and the rest prior to MBA even. Does that seem reasonable? Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for? I already understand this would be a risk to join and help them grow but if I were successful I think it could be very rewarding.

For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? Is there a better way to frame my answer?
