Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. My advice is to do what is best for you. While a great team is valuable, your team won’t help you reach your financial goals. Also, it is common to switch organizations for a higher pay increase or promotion. If you transition to a diff org and decide that you would rather your current company, you could return as a “boomerang” employee and leverage your additional experiences for another pay increase / promotion. Whatever you choose, good luck!!✨

Arnold is the most creatively sound.
At the holding company level, probably ipg has best benefits.
Mullen is in a bad place rn..I'd be esp weary of accounts.
Digitas has been silent for more than a couple years, stay away.
Grey is old school and I dunno that you'll gain anything. Work life balance might be good though.
Bbdo is on the struggle bus and also have pretty terrible dei (so does tbwa) I personally wouldn't do bbdo in the US
I'm at digitas and feel totally supported and empowered in my role. Some new business wins have been coming in that we just been quiet about while now so there's that but overall I like it so far.

Most times an agency wins something they're quietly about it's pharma or some random account nobody cares about. Also are you in the creative department? Markers for creatives is entirely different. Your shop has to be relevant or making relevant work for you to be deemed successful. Not the same for other departments
