If you were still in undergrad would you prefer 1. Go back to campus and have an in person/hybrid learning experience with restrictions on social life
2. Have your school go fully remote for the entire fall semester
3. Defer for a year and resume your education fall 2021 when things will hopefully be “normal”
I think I’d choose 3 but idk. Tough call, and I feel bad for current college students

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. I don’t want to settle but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to move. Reporting consultants should start at $65k per recruiting sites. Any advice? How can I get HR/recruiters to offer more? TIA
