If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to land my first product design role and I can’t seem to get my foot in the door. Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

Now my question i didnt take relocation package i was forced to come for onboarding.

Looking for advice: I have an analyst (9 months on the job) who still doesn’t get it - repeatedly misses comments, doesn’t follow instructions, slow, etc. I have raised this to both my MDs and they seem to be adopting a “not my problem” approach when I mention it. I had advised against hiring this analyst post internship and my MD insisted that all the issues I highlighted were fixable. I have tried teaching him to no avail and frustration with him is growing. Any suggestions for how to handle?
