Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Ex-SIA here
Already replied to similar posts but will say it again:
- Partners in Middle East are a group of 4 stingy mafia men that hide revenues from global office. They only care about their interest and don’t care whatsoever regarding their employees
- They are only strong in innovation (very limited exposure to other practices)
- Quality of Middle East consultants is very poor and you won’t learn much
- Pay is slightly less than Big 4 and bonus is almost negligible
- Good work life balance

SIA partners 2:
Had to read your post 3 times to understand what you were saying, which depicts the quality of consultants/leadership hired at SIA 😂😂
You can’t even structure a simple message
If it’s a pay bump do it. If barely, don’t. No real vision for the company moving fwd and bonuses are basically non existent for consulting standards. Many are on the way out
Don’t listen to the noise here… Most of these folks are likely from US with nothing better to do. It’s a growing firm and it’s not perfect but if you want to be a part of a growth story… you should take the offer.
