I can relate.. so much
Do you?

Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

Pretty classic human trait for those at the top to see themselves as human but less so, the further down the hierarchy you go.
I have this thought all the time. When you’re in meetings for 5+ hours a day, getting pinged nonstop across Teams channels, emails, messages, clients calling and texting, etc… you barely have a second to get up and make something to eat, let alone think clearly.
The days when I actually get space away from the constant noise are the days I’m sharper, more creative, and way more effective. Time to think isn’t a luxury. It’s the only way to do good work.
