My current technology is Java Spring Boot. Package is nearly same.
I am more inclined to work on latest technology.

If I am having 15.30 Lpa offer@LTI, how much I will get in hand salary.

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).

As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. I had joined Harman on 3rd Oct at 27lpa(25.11 fixed + 1.88 var). I was tagged to MBRDI(Mercedes) proj & I gave 3 interviews for same. But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. I was hired as scrum master but the expectations from client are either should've have dev exp or springboot microservices knowledge. Not sure how do I go about this situation. I'd dropped some higher ctc offers for joining Mercedes Benz at Harman. Kindly advise.
