Hi guys ,I had received call from Accenture hr regarding clearing of technical interview and she also completed hr interview.
She said regarding upload of documents I will receive a call for that but it has been one week and I haven't received anything and what is talent coach who discusses salary discussion round with you? Can anyone explain

Hi, after each interview, the recruiting agency will call me to get feedback and ask me if we're still good on X salary?

What's a good way to not agree on a set number on these calls until I get my offer?

Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. My sign on bonus (20 even) a few months ago was taxed nearly 45%! Excuse my ignorance, but am I doing something wrong? Will increasing deductions help or should I increase the withholdings?
