Coach
I think this valuable experience gives you a ton of credibility! From what you say, I bet you would make a great paralegal supervisor which can pull in around $100k plus per year. If you want to continue to manage people or departments (not sure exactly what role you played), going by your statement, you could now marry that with the legal training! Or, if you don't wish to go a management/administrative route again, you might have to begin as a paralegal one to get your feet wet (nowadays the starting salary might be between $50-60k or more, depending on your practice area of choice. You have a great background and I'm sure that whatever direction you choose, you will love it and be great at it. I think overall, though, with your background you might start somewhere at mid-level, since you have already kind of seen how things work on the legal side. I wish you much luck in this new and exciting field!
You should also consider an in-house position. Your skills may go further in a corporate setting for more money.
