Today I have joined KPMG global services and I was shocked to hear one of their policy about vehicle parking. Employees below Manager level are not given any parking space for neither two-wheelers nor four Wheeler across all the offices in India. They said if you are commuting by your vehicle you have to figure it out on your own about the parking. I mean what kind of lunatics make these policies. Do they think all the people below Manager level can not own a vehicle. Is it justifiable?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.
