Today I have joined PwC and obviously, since I am on probation period, the notice period is 30 days.
I have got another offer from some other organization, which is paying me better and wlb wise also better.
So I wanted an early release from PwC, within a week, so is it possible? How can I do that? Is it really possible to get an early release or do I have to serve the entire 30 days of NP? The other company is not ready to wait for 30 days.

You will need to serve 30 days only if you want their experience letter. If you have joined just for a day, you can quit by informing them, and service letter might not be required for you. If you have made up your mind to join other org, go ahead and do it.
Personally, PwC brand is great and safer on this economy. Ensure that your new company is a reputed brand too.
This is not a good practice without serving notice period if you are leaving the org it might be possible you can see override in you pf in log term the impact we big so, try to serve notice period or talk to youy Hr for early release or is there any buy out option prefer that.
Please check with your HR and follow the resignation process since UAN is linked with PwC. They might release you early.
