Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

It was once told to me many years ago, "Don't quit after a bad day, everyone wants to do that. If you still want quit after a good day, time is probably right."
I left public after 7 years. I spent 4 in industry. I've been back in public for 16 years. I'm not a kool aid drinker, trust me. Public accounting has its bad side...I completely understand. Just saying bad stretches pass, usually. Decisions made under stress are usually not the best.
P1 thank you. But unfortunately the kool aid has been wearing off for sometime and today was the last straw. You and HR should start brewing a stronger variety.
I can't / won't go into too much detail.

We have a partner here? Need to watch out myself now 🙀🙀🙀
How long did it take you to make partner after you came back? Audit or tax?
It was quick...one year.
Huh? So you made partner after 8 years in public?
@OP don't trust the recruiters too fully. They want to place you but they're really working for the hiring manager, not for you. Don't forget that (just cautionary, not saying to avoid them)
AS1-that sort of sounds like HR and recruiting in public accounting too. 🙄
@OP yeah, best bet is a headhunter who you pay if you really want an advocate. But recruiters paid by future employer are free to you and can be a great tool.
