Staff II, called semi-senior where I work, NYC Audit, 65k
Associate, audit, nyc $58 k
Associate 1st year, audit, Los Angeles, 59k
Senior, 3rd year, Dallas, Tax, $74k.
Staff II,NYC 64,500

Staff 2, audit, 62.6k, NYC, (3 rated as Staff 1, hence difference from EY2 who was 4 rated)
Manager 1 at PwC is usually after 6 completed years
But their salary is already higher than the classes before them. So how does that make sense when the older classes don't get as high of a raise?
There salary wasn't already higher. EY keeps salaries stagnant for 3 years, then moves the salary and does an adjustment. So the 2015, 2014 and 2013 class all started at 57.
