Took hacker rank test 3 weeks back for Senior Manager Java. HR messaged saying that the test is cleared and waiting for pannel to take interview. It's been 2 weeks but no update. Status in website says in hiring manager review. Any thoughts?

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Hi! I got an offer with Standard Chartered India. What does Grade 7 Band 7 mean? and I got a role as Specialist, Product engineer. Is this equivalent to senior software engineer ? Or relevant to manager? What is senior engineer is know in SCB?
