We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

I have worked in house of large companies and at IP boutiques. 20+ years experience.
What is your main issue?
1. Managing different styles of different partners, or
2. That people at your in-house gig told you that you were top quality VS partners showing you a 2 year path.
If 1, that’s a given when you work with different people. Either get on with it (sophisticate) or reduce the # of partners you’re working for.
If 2, were people who said you were top quality, other patent attorneys? If not, there’s a chance that you need to learn a few things about working in firms. If yes, then it’s likely your current firm’s clients have their own guidelines and/or the firm has practices that they consider important. What they are likely saying is 2 years to start owning the process practices and client(s) independently.
The above assumes that the firm has been around at least a few years, has good clientele, and the partners are smart and don’t have negative politics between themselves. If this is true, then this is a good learning ground. If not true, then I would look elsewhere.
Ty for the info - definitely a 2/yes situation. Just stressful to feel like a total newbie all over again.
