Is the CVA exam worth pursuing?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

I’m really sorry to hear this. Sounds like you should talk to a doctor and a therapist. I also had a miscarriage earlier this year and it’s really hard to stay positive. But I know the stress is really bad for me so I do what I can to keep my peace. I have irrational fears of mold in our house, so I can kind of relate.
I’d speak with both medical professionals and see if they can help you pursue RTO exceptions. Also, could you wear a mask and perhaps get a mini air filter for your desk area? Is there a different desk you could move to that’s more secluded? If people ask about the mask just say you’ve been having health issues and it was recommended by a doctor.
I think I’m going to mask and glove up going forward, also not use any common areas like the kitchen.
We don’t have dedicated desks, they do hoteling. But there aren’t enough desks for everyone. So I couldn’t bring an air filter, and I definitely can’t choose where my desk is located. I’m at the mercy of whatever my EA can book. She logs in the minute that desk bookings are released each Friday and still she gets bumped. She said it’s like Ticketmaster. The whole thing gives me so much anxiety I just feel sick over it.
I had severe panic attacks after miscarriage last year. It really messes with hormones and you have to reset the adrenals/vagus nerve. Make sure you are getting good nutrition and supplements such as magnesium and vitamin D. Put ice packs around your neck. Epsom salt baths. Walks when you can. Yoga. And guided meditations. After several months of working through all this I got back on track and got pregnant again with one that has stuck. As far as work- ask for a medical accommodation to work from home- you will need a doctor note but shouldn’t be an issue. I wouldn’t have been able to do all of the work to get better in a public/office environment.
