Trying to evaluate a potential exit opp (not consulting). Currently at a series A startup as an ops manager making 121k with 10% bonus and small option package. Was just given an offer for a series c+ startup that is likely to have an exit soon at 130k with 10% bonus and small option package. Do you think the small base increase is worth it? What other factors should I consider?

I recently accepted a position with a new org. One of the benefits I asked about with offer was the parental leave policy and was told (in writing by HR) 16 weeks paid after 1 year, which is as good as you can hope for in US. Now I’ve been sent the employee handbook to review/sign and it says only 12 weeks, which is less than the org I’m leaving. What might my recourses be to negotiate 16 weeks when the time comes?
