I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned.
