Also, what are the different levels (hierarchy) and rough comp? @platinum equity

I have 3 years of experience. Got selected in HCL.
I have an offer from Nagarro of 15 LPA, but HCL is saying we will 16 LPA, more than 16 LPA will be over budget for your experience.

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. Plus i’m also accounting for wiggle room as i’m not expecting them to actually agree with the full 12k counter offer
