What is the appraisal cycle in UBS, India location, technology team? Also offer letter has no mention of performance bonus, will I still get any performance bonus? Offer letter has only total TEC part with no breakup of salary as well. Is the TEC all fixed part? Also at an AO level, do anyone in India get stock options?
