Ugg, why is it acceptable for interviewers to ghost you and provide you with zero feedback after six rounds of interviews? I would understand if I were ghosted after the initial phone screening, or even the first in person interview. However, once you bring someone back for a second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth interview, a simple we’ve gone in another direction, email doesn’t seem like too much to ask for.

What are the pros and cons of working for Progressive Insurance as a PIP examiner?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help
