Train if you’re not taking that much 🤷🏽♀️
Chief
If you live in Manhattan a yellow cab is a flat fare to JFK. If you’re feeling cheap, the A train will take you to the airtrain. $10 total.

Or the E depending on where you live!
Subway to Airtrain. Super easy
Enthusiast
Yeah, it's surprisingly easy.

Train is definitely the cheapest. Takes about an hour from Manhattan - I recommend this if you don’t have a lot of stuff.
Can will be cheaper than Uber/Lyft - I think flat rate is $50-$60.
Take the LIRR from Penn Stn. This is the fastest option relative to Subway too and works out if you do not have lot of heavy bags, live close to Penn/have subway access .
Get the Curb app for taxis
Curb is still showing same prices if not more than Uber/Lyft
Uber/Lyft to the airport, cab back.
Carmel is always my go to. They’ve been around forever and their prices are always reasonable.
Train or livery cab.
If you live in Brooklyn, Arecibo.
