Hello everyone, when i joined Accenture at level 12, i got an offer letter then my CTC i.e. FIX + VARIABLE is mentioned. now i got promoted to level 11 but can't find any document where my CTC is mentioned, i downloaded compensation plan but only fix part is mentioned there. now, i want to join a new company but they want a document as a proof where my CTC is mentioned. Can any one plz help me, from where can i download it.

Any athletic trainers in the group? I work as an outreach athletic trainer for a large 6A high school and middle school. I have a bachelors degree and 5 YOE. Compared to the salary survey I'm making $10k under the national average and $14k under the district average. I'm unsure on how to bring this up to the hospital and school district in hopes for a raise. My manager is aware, but doesn't want to fight for a raise.

Hi guys, I’m debating switching careers. I’m currently a mortgage loan officer but I’m very interested in SE. My degree is in finance. There’s a coding bootcamp near me called Boca Code that’s supposed to be top notch. I’m curious for feedback on 1. Are coding bootcamps actually a way into the industry like they’re marketed? And 2. What is a realistic starting salary for entry level SE? I’ve read and been told 90k, but that seems high.

I’m a Partner at a boutique firm. I’m fairly new to the role, but have been at the firm for over a decade.
I find myself in a position where those who, prior to my partnership, collaborated with me no longer do so. In fact they are actively cutting me out of opportunities.
The reason is our comp model is dog eat dog, no double counting of revenue, etc. Where in the past I was seen as a key to winning / delivering a project, I am now competition.

Last month i joined KPMG (govt. Advisory), I am not liking the culture as well as the work. As i was hired for making MIS strategy for client.. however, i am getting mostly PPT works and tender making stuffs..
Is this happens with all or i am the special one?
Does the above work will help me in future for switching the job?
Also i am thinking to leave the company...What are the options i can look for apart from Big4 govt. Advisory?
