For every immigrant coming in we deport one Trump voter.
Robust merit-based immigration for skilled workers, robust temporary worker programs for other workers, especially where we have labor shortages. Make the asylum process more efficient.
Limits on temporary workers have caused more illegal immigration, when many people just want to come work and take their money back home where it goes further anyways.

Remove all H1B Visa holders. I agree with Principal 1

We need to ignore Supreme Court and just begin removing any anchor babies that were illegally born here.

So?
We could go back to 1700’s style where if you showed up you either made it, or you didn’t. No government intervention or support along the way. No programs to help or to scam. Live free or die. Like our ancestors managed to do.

That’s how it was when my great-grandparents came to the US in the early 1900s. This attracts the industrious and disincentivizes those looking for welfare, which is quite possibly a higher standard of living than they currently have in their home country.

Fund the overwhelming need for more Federal Immigration judges. It can take 3 to 5 years for immigrants - who come through border checkpoints legally and file a petition to be considered to be let into the immigration process - to have their cases heard. The Repubs have moved the goal posts on what it means to be here "illegally" to include ppl who come through border checkpoints to have the due process of having their cases heard. They love to lump this population in with their "here illegally" rhetoric, while refusing to fund and grow the bench of immigrations judges. The bipartisan immigrantion bill the Thune had negotiated with the Biden admin addressed this, the concession being that Biden was going to close the southern border for some agreed upon period of time. But Trump - who was not even holding any office - forced the Repubs to scuttle the agreement before it became law/policy so he could run for re-election on the issue of "murderers/rapists/gangs/pet eaters are flooding into the United States".

This would work well along with making the criteria less susceptible to gaming the system and raising the bar for skills and assimilation.

Increased scrutiny on granting visas for pregnant women to crack down on birth tourism. Prosecution for visa fraud when the applicant lies about pregnancy status and reason for travel. Posting of security bonds so that if a child is born (a US citizen) the bond is forfeited to the treasury.
