My hotel wouldn’t give me a plate to heat up my dinner, so I am sitting on my bed eating microwaved chicken out of a paper coffee cup with my bare hands... we lead sad lives.

Ok. I will admit it and I am sorry. I am a horrible person but this made me really break out laughing... I’m drinking cheap red wine from a dirty glass in my hotel room listening to my neighbors conference call through the wall!

I feel your pain. I try to eat healthy on the road by finding meal prep companies. I’ll buy 4 meals in the morning before work and eat them throughout the day. But my dinner meal is always cold bc Marriott’s refuse to invest microwave technology 😩

I think living a frugal life and aiming to retire early makes a lot of sense.

Recently, some of my family members are diagnosed with a rare diseases. When you look at the statistics, these are so many of these ‘rare’ conditions and cumulatively they are not rare.

These family members conditions made me reevaluate how I want to spend my life. I am 35 this year and I can’t decide if I should take great vacations with my kids or keep living a frugal life. Do you have the same dilemma?

Hi fellow fish need some advice.

I'm planning a wedding and wondering if I should apply for new credit cards to maximize on points. If so, wondering what your recommendations are and or if there are new cards out there I haven't heard of yet. For context I probably have another 20k+ in expenses to pay still and my current cards are:

CSP
Marriott Bonvoy Boundless
Citi double cash
Random card (used to be uber)
