My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

My Agency laid off quite a few people due to covid and recent client losses, is financially still stable though. Sunday night anxiety is hard for me. Sometimes it consumes my whole weekend. It may seem to others that I’m trying to get “ahead” on tasks, but as a single working mom with little kids at home, I feel like weekend/night work is how I almost catch up. I know I’m not following through 100% and feel like I can’t find get that foundational skill down. As I say that, I know I tend towards black and white thinking. It’s like I want to solve all of my problems at the same time, each time I try.
