One thing that remote work has uncovered is that some markets are doing a better job than others as far as levels/titles for BA. Everyone needs to progress in their career. Happy to see Associate BA Manager and Associate Director of BA popping up more. Makes it line up better with our Producer counterparts.

I’m freelance, I’ve put in some good time in production but want to to BA. Do I approach BA heads directly? Just apply online?
