My current CTC is 14.70 and have an offer of 18lpa fixed+3.60 lakhs variable pay.
Is it a good offer?

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. I'm an Indian holding bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from India and master of international marketing degree from a United States. Any recommendations? Would’ve liked to do Yosemite, but pretty hard to find places to stay at this point.
