Great watch. Akshay Khanna overshadowed Ranveer, but at the same time, I am tired of movies promotiong nationalism and propaganda. It claims to be based on a true story, which isn't really the case.

Good movie but way too much violence, IMO. If they had cut some filler scenes and violence, it would have been a crazy 2.5 hour movie.

I haven’t seen this one, but that can be said for many good Indian movies that could’ve been great with editing.
Not sure about the violence part, it is about gangs and spy stuff…so it comes with the territory
I liked the movie. I lived through most of the events during my childhood and saw it coming on the screen - it was amazing. Another movie that went very close to real life event was Arjun Kapoor’s India’s most wanted.
Somehow Dhurandhar missed out Mushrraf, his wars in Balochistan and Northwest province, alliances with MMA, rise of TTP. These events were in the same timeline and has a close relarion/impact on the events in Karachi.
Maybe we see those in part II.
