We moved to a city both of us hate for my husband’s job about 4 years ago. Want to move asap before our son starts school. Husband has been applying for jobs elsewhere — which seem well within his reach, salary, experience, etc - and got another rejection today. He’s in a field that has seasonal hiring patterns, and this year’s almost closed. He feels like he let me down, I feel horrible for putting pressure on him. Advice for being supportive when I’m crushed we’re stuck here another year?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?
