Hi I am a Data Engineer. I work in Azure and knows only Sql, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and PySpark basic. I have Y.O.E 1.5 years & current CTC 4.5 lpa. I worked in ingestion layer. I want to switch my job as I am not getting good project opportunities anymore. So with these skills how much CTC can I ask for or expect during my job switch? As this will be my first job switch so I am kinda not having any idea or knowledge what CTC to ask for and what is the market rate for my skillset?

My mom (east Asian) eloped with my dad (pacific islander) and got disowned by the family. Mom moved to the US, dad ditched her, and my mom raised 3 kids alone in the US. We grew up in absolute poverty.

Culturally I'm 100% East Asian, I have an East Asian last name, I probably look mostly East Asian except I have broad shoulders and much more muscle mass than your typical Asian.

What are some VERY SIMPLE yet engaging activities (that don’t involve paper and pencil) that you use on the first days of general music? I teach 4th and 5th grade.

Just heard that my district will have classroom and live-recording learning. I’m thankful because I now can feed my family, my newborn and a recent-sponsored wife! I’m scared because I’m almost 50 and I’m afraid I might catch the virus and die leaving behind my 1 month baby and a wife who is not legal in the state yet! Hi! Can someone recommend a source for learning how do simple, fun music lessons on Zoom? I teach first grade and use music for my transitions. I would also like to play songs for them with my guitar, but am concerned it won’t sound good on zoom (the guitar, not my voice, which is bad, we established that long ago)
