My new Seamaster 😍

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

It would just be all of them
This is probably mostly true. But a widely shared list would put their bad behavior in writing, and possibly shame them or their agencies into more reputable practices, so it’s definitely worth a shot!
Let’s go, who wants to start?
And everyone keep in mind, “ghosting” is when you’ve already been contacted about a job and started the interview process, and then you never hear back from them. It’s NOT when you contact a Recruiter about a job and they simply don’t reply.
I feel you. Who did you talk to?
Oh, do tell
One recent story - I interviewed for a job, the agency had a follow up question, I replied via recruiter. Then silence. From both. After a few weeks I chase, the recruiter says they’ll chase. Silence. For months. I move on. Then same recruiter emails about a freelance gig with no mention. And doesn’t even tell me this freelance gig didn’t go my way either until I chased days after the start date. I just got the “sorry it’s in my drafts” excuse.
Respected senior recruiter and company.
These people shouldn’t be who decide who gets to work in this industry or not. They’re not even professional, let alone qualified.
