Anyone please share their experience of what is it like to work in the company, in terms of - how they treat their people, work life balance - they make u work 10-12 hours every day & weekends too (as i recently got married & like to have family time), their flexibility in work from home & allowing leaves, how’s the bonus, social events, in meeting utilisation targets & job secruity (up or out culture).

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto?
