Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

Outside of getting a high gmat score, what are some things I should do to offset low UG GPA?

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?

I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. I am wondering if I should still interview (to see if they will consider me for my desired role instead or at least, get some interview practice for when a better opportunity comes along). Thoughts? Anyone else have experience leading product managers across multiple groups who don't have much to do with each other? Or leading a group whose teams don't really make sense as a group?
