Botox. Started at 42. Wish I had started at 35. I’m somewhat fair skinned and I’ve taken decent care of my skin but used to lifeguard in my teens and had a few extremely bad burns that I think helped contribute to more aging skin. I didn’t realize until my early 40s that you can do Botox lightly and don’t have to look like a completely frozen faced person. Seemed like my skin went from no wrinkles to within about 18 months a loss of elasticity so fine lines and wrinkles were becoming more apparent.
The nice (and expensive thing) about Botox is that it only lasts about 2-3 months. So if you don't like the effects of it, it is not a permanent thing on your face. Unlike fillers, it will completely go away.
I started at 26 (currently 31). Back when I was 26, I didn't really like how it felt not being able to move my forehead and I think I went too heavy too quickly, so I didn't get it redone for another year or so. Would recommend just doing a small amount for a first time. I now don't mind the immobility of it so much and I have a provider who I really trust and know won't try and sell me on doing more than I need. Think getting a provider you have a good relationship with is key.

I started at 27. 30 now and no regrets.
Start when you have lines at rest. Everyone has wrinkles when you raise your brows but when you have lines without moving your brows it’s time. I prefer botox but your injector will help you decide which is best for you.

Better to start before you get lines imo for preventative purposes
37. Wish I had started a couple of years before. By 37, some of my forehead lines were super deep and not sure they will ever go away now (unless I overuse Botox, which I don't want to do.)
