16 weeks of parental leave? Think that’s industry leading.
Some of my favorites:
-16 week parental leave
-4K into 401k after second year with the firm for new hires
-$500 health subsidy
-5 free therapy sessions
-22 days of vacation for seniors- senior managers
-Winter break when the entire firm is off 12/24-1/2 (firm gives 5 holidays and you have to use 2 PTO days)
-summer break when the entire firm is off 7/1-7/5 (firm gives 2 holidays and you have to use 2 PTO days)

Acn has 20 days pto and you get to roll over up to 30 days a year. 401k is 100% matching up to 6% and fully vested after 2 years but no matching until 1 year of service. Wondering if besides salary, if there are any other differences
Was at Deloitte. At ey now. About to move to Accenture. Ey's benefits are the worst of the 3
Can expense an airline membership for free; 22 days of vacation for senior consultants
*airline membership only if you fly a ton of miles
Concur with EY1. 401k match is low, insurance deductibles high, cell phone bill reimbursement reduced. Benefit package is meh. However, travel benefits are there. Miles and hotel pts. And vacation amt is good if you are able to use them

They don’t have to work for Accenture . Does that appeal to you?
