Hi fishes. I am a fresher and have been recruited as an associate consultant into tech consulting via campus interview. I join in a few months and my package is 7lpa fixed plus 80k variable. I plan to stick with EY for at least 2-3 years barring exceptional circumstances. How can I expect my salary to progress over this duration? Thanks!

I've completed technical and managerial round at citiustech. It went well.
I'll have my HR round probably on Monday.
On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
Please guide me I really want to get selected in this company and switch from my current employer.

Received a verbal offer/commitment from the engineering team 3 weeks after my interview process. Still sitting and waiting (1.5 weeks) to have the conversation about compensation expectations and finalizing the offer. Is the Google hiring process typically this slow? Are unpaid 90+ minute blind skills assessments normal procedure before an interview is scheduled ?
