What are some tips you’d recommend for content creators? Think of those that do written and video content. For me, I think the big practice is to always remain a consumer. Read and watch as much as possible to keep your mind fresh. It helps you continue to find new ideas and see what others are doing. Great for idea generation.

What certificates/training should I do in order to apply for a brand manager/marketing manager on the brand side? Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.
