Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Consider how much networking you will need to do and whether or not financial aid is available for full and/or part time students.
I went to grad school to make a hard pivot (different function, different industry, etc) and everyone told me to network hard so I went back full time. Between coffee chats, info sessions, and all the other stuff networking was a part time job by myself.
Additionally, the program I went through only offered financial aid to full time students and I had to decide which program I was applying to and weigh my chances of getting financial aid.
In the end, I ended up with ~60% of my degree paid for, a full time offer in consulting, and all my student loans paid off 7 months the after graduation, just in time for Covid.
Best of luck.
That’s what I’m currently doing. Going to finish my program in a few months.
I’ll speak about my own company, as every company is different. Mine told me to pursue my Masters degree at my own risk, and that I was still expected to be 100% committed to the firm and the projects I’m on (education is a non-factor). I work in consulting, so working overtime is expected. This meant that I had to set up boundaries at work when school demand peaked and stuck to 40 hours a week occasionally, and I paid the price for it by missing out on a promotion that I was due for.
To me it was worth it, because my degree will provide me with the opportunity to pivot. Consider how your company views your pursuit of this degree, and how you plan on using it. DM me if you have any questions!
What’s in it for your firm that is paying? That’s the main thing that matters.
