Hi all, my YOE is 1 year I got a offer for Senior Analyst - Decision Sciences from HSBC for 8.5lpa is it good or am I getting underpaid?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise.
