1) tier 1 undergrad, mediocre work experience after college

Would adcoms view (1) unfavorably since they could have landed a good role after college but didnt?

I know everyone has their reasons for picking certain roles, but trying to understand how adcoms will view it especially if theres no obvious explanation e.g. going to no-name IB or consulting after college, audit, etc

When comparing offers and current role, how much is a full remote role worth to you (in $). Please leave all other factors out this equation. Considering it’s the same job and both are excellent companies with plenty of growing room. Debating wether or not the difference in salary is worth 3 days in office weekly.
