What happens at RIMS? Is it worth going to?
I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.

-better chance to have an impact on the agency, drive the business
-less chance to get fucked over by somebody you never met, three time zones away.
Ha, all true, except for the observation about scale of projects at small places. I have actually done surprisingly large scale work at smaller places. Only difference between those and the big projects I’ve worked at big agencies is the sense of ownership.
You are no longer just a digit on a company spreadsheet.
You get more blankets but less bookshelves.
