Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Optics of not being a relationship person and instead doing execution
So many terrible replies. Seriously, do you people just hear random words and think they sound good together? Specialist track leads to Director. Can be Competency Director or Engagement Director. Directors and Principals (Partners without a CPA) are pretty much identical compensation-wise at first. Principals take a loan and are granted units in the firm (ownership). Directors do not, and thus after 5 years-ish at that level it starts being more lucrative to be a P, but there is definitely a longer term commitment. P levels start at A and go through E depending on how many units you are offered and purchase.
Same as any other role.. it’s just a title. Don’t read too much into it.
^ except for the fact that they work 45 hour weeks.
It’s definitely the way to go if you can get that high
I wish I could get paid 225k on 45 hour weeks. Wouldn’t give a fuck that people said I wasn’t partner material
What do you mean the progression path isn’t as defined? It goes specialist, senior specialist, lead, senior lead, director then if you’re interested in partner you can gun for that too. Doesn’t sound much different than consultant , SC, Manager, SM, partner
What I heard was progression path is not so clearly defined for that side of the track as it's defined for SC --> Manager and so on. It stops at Director level which is nothing but a glorified senior lead.
Do pay differ between SC and SS?
Much harder to go Specialist Lead > Partner than be a groomed SM > Partner. It also translate oddly should you choose to leave
