Having 9 years of total experience and I was basically a PLSQL developer.

Fear I may have lowballed myself in initial discussions with HR and now expecting a formal offer. Honestly think 10k more would be more fair. What’s the best way for me to negotiate this after the formal offer is presented?

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now
