Don't know much but here it goes:
Deloitte Digital (USI)
Brillio
Publicis Sapient
EPAM Systems
Nagarro
Accenture
Problem with all of the above is no one is perfect - everything depends on Managers and Project as well, but in terms of HR Policies these are good
Some drawbacks might be: Deloitte, mostly bad wlb (depends), much focus on networking (can be pro or con)
Brillio EPAM Nagarro - lesser brand recognition in India still... EPAM having it's own promotion process (can be a pro or con)
Accenture: Huge variable pay, which is generally not paid well, a lot of people, so a lot of competition for visibility..
Sapient heard it's good, but again wlb concerns and recently fired, gained a bad name.
There are many others though, like UST some policies were good, I found people/collegeues also friendly and respectful, but HR is cheap, except for annual events they don't do much for employees. Bit of politics internally in between accounts and practices.
What I think, when a company is new and it's not an Indian IT company, they try to provide good features to people.
Cognizant when I worked was not great, now seems to be catching up. Not sure about Atos. So can't say.
Capgemini, yeah they are a terrible, terrible interview process, time tracking on employees.
Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra also, not much benefits to employees except Dryfruits on Diwali.. that's what I think.. don't pay well.. no good leave policies, even Managers, forget promote, they don't even allow.
In Deloitte I found, rest recovery and well being is valued. Atleast my experience. Leaders promote to take leaves. Collective Disconnect is present.
I think Deloitte USI will beat all these hands down, others have a long way .

Why Genpact is never part of list being a market leader
Senior consultant 1 - what you are saying is absolutely true but this can never happen . Service co only rely on clients and they are happy to chance their resource on periodic basis . This does not matter to them - employee engagement , perks , gifts , parities , RnR etc . Lot of missing factors which ideally should be taken care from day 1 of onboarding
