Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. Not currently seeing a therapist or medicated, managing based on strategies I learned from an ADHD coach back in college, so at minimum I would need to find a provider, which has been a barrier (cost-wise, finding someone with experience with ADHD, etc.)

I'd love to create a sticky post here where we can share what technology tools we use to do our job better as Adhd consultants.
I've posted a tool - please consider using a similar format so it's consistent and easy to follow.
