So I just received a job offer through a recruiter & tried negotiating the pto and vacation.

I asked just for a few more days 2-4 but im terrified they might reject the offer all together. I’m definitely over thinking 😭 but I’m hoping they get back to the recruiter before leaving the office for the weekend.

What is the average/approx salary for a Transactional Support Specialist role in the JPM Payments dept? Is this a good role? Insights and comments are greatly appreciated!

What’s the hourly pay for others as a quality transaction specialist? I’m at $19.18 and feel it’s low for the inflation rate. HR and leadership refuse to give the salary range definitions and will say if I’m either in the low or median range of pay.
