What are your favorite PM tools/software? As our company grows, I don’t think our current toolset is scalable. Is it really too much to ask to have project planning, resource management, time tracking, and burn reports all in one tool?? We are currently using Asana. I think the functionality is too limited but we have loved how user friendly it is. It’s just getting challenging to have my team use Asana, harvest, smart sheets, and ultimately excel… Anything out there we should look at?

I completed all rounds of interviews with capgemini. HR took all the documents about 10 days ago. However, offer letter is not yet released. HR stating that she is waiting for client project confirmation. Anyone faced such delays ? Ans what was the final outcome?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I’m thinking about making the switch myself but I don’t have a digital background.

So I started a new job a few months ago at an agency. Though my work performance is good I have been extremely stressed and anxious nonstop since day one. The work pace and load is significant. Even my spouse can tell a difference in me. The pay is good, but at what point is your mental health worth more than a paycheck? Is this new job blues or is this a sign of toxicity? Should I stay or should I go?
